-- Sustain a formidable Actors Company and design plans for their training and development through guided performance and professional remuneration.
-- Stage a carefully-planned yearly season of plays which will always include original Filipino plays, traditional and contemporary foreign plays in translation and/or adaptation, the hallmark of all of which is professional and artistic excellence.
-- Develop the Philippine theater audience through didactic theater performances, marketing programs and other related educational activities like symposia and seminars. -- Encourage and develop Philippine writing by commissioning and providing opportunities for staging original Filipino plays in dialogue and cooperation with the playwright.
-- Reach out to other theater artists and companies in Metro Manila, the provinces, and the in the Southeast Asian region, through exchange programs and cultural collaborations with guest directors and artists, sharing of best practices and learning endeavors, and maintaining an open line of communication with them.
-- Build an excellent theater arts management academe that will impart efficient training in the technical, marketing, production, and management aspects.
