Around the country, there are several educational institutions and local organizations who already have existing structures, programs and facilities that can very well support and sustain various arts and cultural events and activities. With the signed memorandum, the CCP seeks to fortify a more dynamic and partnership with prominent educational institutions, non-government organizations and local government units in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
